Conditions for Return or Exchange
The FootballEssentials team is continuously working to ensure our customers are fully satisfied. You may request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt. The following conditions must be met:
- Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- No Signs of Use: The product must be returned without any signs of use or wear, in the same condition as it was received.
- Labels and Accessories: The product must include all labels (or protective covers), manuals, and any accompanying accessories.
IMPORTANT: Returns will not be accepted if the above conditions are not met.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
To request a return or exchange, please email info@footballessentials.shop with the following information:
- Product name
- Order number
- Email used for the purchase
- Reason for return or exchange
- Image or video showing the defect, if applicable
Once all conditions regarding the product return are confirmed, we will provide the address for the product return and reimburse the amount paid for the product and shipping.
