1.1. Purchase Policy
All products available at FootballEssentials.shop are shipped directly from our international suppliers (Europe and Asia) to the address provided during purchase. Delivery typically takes 7 to 14 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and item. Orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days.
We provide free shipping on all products, with no hidden fees. Additionally, a tracking code is provided so customers can monitor their order. In rare cases, these time frames may extend due to factors beyond our control, such as strikes, holidays, or postal delays.
We guarantee delivery or a full refund in case of loss. All shipments include tracking codes and insurance to ensure either successful delivery or a 100% refund.
1.2. Insured Shipping
If the product is not delivered within 60 days from dispatch, the full purchase value will be refunded. Please note this timeline is based on the postal insurance policy and may change.
If you order multiple products, they may arrive in separate packages due to differing suppliers. This is entirely normal for this shipping model, and free shipping applies to all packages.
1.3. Order Tracking
Orders are shipped via carriers serving your location, and a tracking code will be provided. The tracking information will be emailed to you once available, usually within 3-5 business days of payment confirmation.
It may take up to 3-7 business days for tracking information to update on the carrier's website (not always).

2.1. Address Accuracy
Ensure the shipping address is complete and correct to avoid delivery issues. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
2.2. Recipient Unavailable
If no one is available to receive the order, the package will be held at the nearest carrier location for up to 7 days (depending on how it works in your region).
Customers must retrieve it within this period or arrange redelivery. Failure to retrieve the package may result in it being returned to the sender, requiring payment of additional shipping fees for redelivery.
2.3. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, the package will return to the sender. A new shipping fee, including carrier surcharges, will be required for redelivery.
2.4. Duties and Taxes
Any applicable duties or taxes will be covered by Football Essentials Shop. You only pay the price displayed on our website at checkout.
All orders include free shipping—no additional fees will be charged.
